Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and 88SIM. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who you are dealing with

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your password safe, and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of these terms.
Orders and acceptance
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation with a tracking number. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order — for example, if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or flagged by fraud checks. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices are shown in your selected currency. For EU destinations, displayed prices include VAT at the applicable rate. For US destinations, sales tax is added at checkout where required. Customs duties, if any, are explained at checkout; for EU orders under €150 we use the IOSS scheme so no customs fees are charged on delivery.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days and typically arrive in 14–28 days, depending on destination and customs. A tracking number is provided with every shipment. Full details, including transit time by region and carrier handoff, are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns, EU withdrawal, warranty
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery under consumer-protection law. Outside the EU, our standard returns policy applies. Because we ship from overseas, many returns are handled as partial refund or keep-the-item — see the Returns policy. All 88SIM products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Intellectual property
The 88SIM name, logo, site design, product photos, and copy are owned by 88SIM and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or scrape the site beyond normal browsing; do not submit false order information; do not use the site to infringe anyone's rights. We may block or ban accounts and IPs that violate these rules.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, 88SIM's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88SIM is incorporated, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country you live in. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at the top of this page; material changes are announced before they take effect.
